Job Description

  • Calling & Receiving calls from customers
  • Understand customer’s case problem and accordingly register the case
  • Arrange relevant information, documentations from the customer
  • Coordinate with Experts on case solution
  • Get the case registered
  • Update backend with case and lead information
  • Take ownership of entire case lifecycle
  • Follow up and coordinate with team members to know the case status
  • Communicate with the customers on the case status and other aspects.
  • Achieve target no of registrations every month.
