Usually it takes 15-30 days to resolve the case. If there are other legal complexities and that needs an Ombudsman or Consumer Court trial, then it can take 3-6 months based on court proceedings.

In case of a successful, resolution we charge12% of the amount received by our clients (additional 18% GST). So, if you receive Rs 100,000/-, our charges will be Rs 12,000/- + 18% GST.
