The Insurance Ombudsman is an independent authority set up to resolve disputes between policyholders and insurers in a fair way. If your complaint is about claim delays, unfair rejections, or insurance mis-selling, and the claim value is up to ₹50 lakhs, you can approach the Insurance Ombudsman.
